This roll originated as a four by eight foot painting, which was deconstructed then reconstructed. The flow of paint is visible on each roll.
For me, the references is a dance between order and chaos, controlling some factors, but recognizing other factors are beyond control. This is my interpretation, I invite you to have your own.
